Cancellation
A one-night non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. If you booked via a 3rd party booking engine, please refer to the policy under which you booked.
The final balance will be automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email which outlines a summary of your booking.
Guests may cancel anytime up to 30 days prior to arrival (less the 1-night non-refundable deposit); bookings cancelled under 30 days before arrival are not refundable.
No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, or weather related delays or cancellations, including hurricanes, pandemics, or other natural disasters.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online with our secure payment account. Prices are in US dollars.
Travel insurance is always recommended. Some credit card companies offer travel insurance.
